​Young people from all over the Encinitas and San Diego area join together as members of North Coast Singers to pursue their love of singing and music. Audition/ Information

No preparation is necessary for the audition.

North Coast Singers serves over 100 singers in grades
​2 – 12, with four youth ensembles. Weekly rehearsals are held in Encinitas from mid-September through early May.

• Giocoso: beginning level choir for 2nd-4th grade who love to sing. No experience is necessary. Our staff will check that out young singers are matching pitch consistently and have a healthy tone.
• Brioso: early intermediate treble, 4th-7th grade. No experience is necessary. A brief voice check is required to check pitch matching and vocal health.
  
• Capella: 7th-12th grade. No experience is necessary. A brief voice check is required to check pitch matching and vocal health.

An invitation to join our program is based upon echo singing, ability to read hold your part in harmony, healthy vocal tone, technique and range, attendance and working effectively at rehearsals, along with dedication, attitude and contributions to the choir as a positive team.
